1.Introduction

BCX model explosion-proof overload limiter has passed the authentication by Shanghai national instruments & meters explosion-proof safety supervise & test house, explosion-proof symbol is EXdua II CT4, applicable to various explosion-proof equipments.

BCX model explosion-proof overload limiter are composed of four main parts: sensor, explosion- segregating control cabinet, explosion-proof terminal box and indicator etc, thereinto , explosion-segregating control cabinet adapting cylinder explosion-segregating structure, segregated by secure grid as well as external associated circuits, makes sensor and indicator basic secure model, which makes the whole system meet IIC grade explosion-segregating request. Sensor can adapt bearing pedestal type(QCX),single girder loop type (DCQ),shaft bin type(ZX) and so on.
